Thai actress, singer and fashion favourite Becky Armstrong joined TOD's to celebrate the opening of its new Singapore flagship boutique at Takashimaya Shopping Centre, where she gave ELLE Singapore an exclusive glimpse into what's next as she got ready for the occasion.
"I'm working on many things right now," she shares. "I just released my second single, Stuck In Between. I hope you guys all like it and listen to it." Looking ahead, Becky reveals she's hoping to complete her debut EP by the end of the year while teasing even more exciting ventures. "I hope to have my EP done, maybe have a movie in the pipeline, and many more projects and surprises for you guys," she says. "At the same time, I want to stay healthy and happy." Without giving too much away, the multi-hyphenate hints that fans can expect to see more of her across music, acting, fashion and business in the months ahead.
For the evening's celebration, Becky embraced Tod's signature understated elegance in a polished all-leather ensemble. "My look is a leather top, leather skirt and some boots," she says. "It's giving an elegant, classy vibe. I went for bangs and long hair—a nice dinner kind of look."
The event marked the opening of Tod's new 157-square-metre flagship boutique, introducing the House's latest retail concept inspired by the warmth of an elegant Italian home. The boutique also becomes the fourth location worldwide to feature Tod's exclusive J.P. Club, a private shopping space offering an elevated luxury experience. Guests, including Singapore stars Desmond Tan, Carrie Wong, Tyler Ten and Ayden Sng, were also treated to an authentic Italian aperitivo and a live leather artisan demonstration celebrating the House's renowned craftsmanship.
