In the latest instalment of its much-loved designer collaboration series, H&M announces a link-up with emerging brand Rokh. Founded in 2016 by Rok Hwang, the brand is characterised by artisanal deconstruction, with a focus on adaptable garments that explore the contrast between traditional masculine and feminine codes. The label made its runway debut for Fall 2019 at Paris Fashion week and has been taking the fashion industry by storm ever since. Spanning womenswear, menswear and accessories, the collection will launch in selected stores and online this coming April.

With his use of neutral tones and simplistic cuts, the Korean designer curates conceptual yet wearable clothes. Style similar designs within the collection as a set to attain that chic monochrome look. “We’re proud to present a curated edit of designer Rok Hwang’s adaptable wardrobe classics, and we can’t wait to see how our customers wear them,” says Ann-Sofie Johansson, creative advisor and head of design womenswear at H&M.
Hwang describes his designs to “have a classic appearance with a radical construction for a timeless approach to design.” The creative director of Rokh expresses his gratitude and anticipation to this milestone collection, and hopes to share both his and the brand’s collaborative vision with more customers around the world.
Rokh designs have been worn by global icons including BLACKPINK, as well as Kendall Jenner, Hayley Beiber, Lady Gaga, Anya Taylor-Joy, and many more.
