Here to officiate the launch of Bvlgari Allegra’s latest perfume, the Queen of Tears actress was the picture of serenity in a baby pink chiffon dress befitting of the island location.

Adding more glamour to the daytime soiree was a superbly well-heeled guestlist which included Mediacorp artistes Ayden Sng, Sonia Chew, Kimberly Wang, and Germaine Leonara, alongside local influencers Salina Chai, Nellie Lim, Sophia Chong, and Aimee Cheng-Bradshaw.

Against the picturesque backdrop of Sentosa’s scenic Palawan Beach, guests embarked on a bespoke olfactory journey, celebrating the rich heritage and artistry of the Italian Maison. Taking centre stage was the newest olfactory addition to the Allegra family: Chill & Sole.

Chill & Sole is a citrusy scent for the summer, inspired by the vibrant Mediterranean spirit and connection to nature. And who better than to design Allegra’s 10th fragrance than master perfumer, Jacques Cavallier, who also happens to lead the perfume department at Louis Vuitton? “I always have the same emotion when I smell this perfume: I see the transparency of a Mediterranean morning; the simplicity that we want in life, which is to be connected with nature and nothing else,” describes Cavallier.
To him, the smell of orange flowers (or nerolis) is what truly encapsulate the spirit of Mediterranean. He tells us exactly where to go to experience this: “When you drive along the east of the French and Italian border along the Mediterranean Sea, there is a highway of flowers. When the wind blows in from the sea, you will enjoy the scent of flowers in spring and summer—a scent that reminds me of orange flowers.”
Chill & Sole combines the dazzling brilliance of neroli with fresh notes of citrus, orange blossom accord and petitgrain. The lemon hits first, like sharp sunlight cutting through leaves. Neroli follows, sharp and invigorating like a seaside breeze. Italian mandarin, jasmine sambac, and orange blossom add a layer of freshness that's both light and vibrant. The dry down is warm and familiar, anchored by classic white amber and musk notes.
