When it comes to the Thai Girls’ Love (GL) genre, 25-year-old actress “Love” Pattranite Limpatiyakorn’s presence is ubiquitous. After starring in several supporting roles with her on-screen partner “Milk” Pansa Vosbein, the duo, affectionately nicknamed MilkLove, became major Thai entertainment company GMMTV’s first leading ladies in the GL series 23.5. Together, they broke new ground for mainstream sapphic projects and pairings we now know and adore.

Love’s climb to becoming one of the most popular actresses in the genre was slow and steady, her journey in the entertainment industry nearly a decade in the making. In her teens, she modelled for magazines while attending a French programme in school, dreaming of becoming a diplomat. But her passion for performing led her to participate in the GMMTV’s 2018 Go On Girl Star Search. She eventually signed with the company to start her acting career, making her television debut in 2019 Boys’ Love (BL) series He’s Coming To Me. She fostered a small fanbase and honed her skills through various supporting roles while pursuing a performing arts degree from Srinakharinwirot University.

Between her studies and acting career, Love became inspired to start her own beauty brand after experiencing an allergic reaction from a South Korean lip tint. After a fruitless search for similar formulas in Thailand, she took matters into her own hands and launched TWENTYWENDY in 2020. Today, the brand is stocked at major beauty retailers across Thailand like EVEANDBOY and Beautrium, and is loved for its range of lip products.

In 2021, Love starred alongside Milk in the hit BL series Bad Buddy, marking their first collaboration as an on-screen couple. Over the next two years, the duo continued starring together in popular BLs like Vice Versa and Magic of Zero, which earned them a steady following as MilkLove. Despite the growing popularity of the GL genre, entertainment heavyweights like GMMTV had yet to come around to sapphic-centric projects at the time. But with fans clamouring for more of the duo, it was only a matter of time before they took the lead.

MilkLove finally landed their first leading roles in 23.5 in 2024. In it, Love played Sun, a popular student who forms an online friendship with Ongsa, her socially awkward classmate who chats with her using the nickname “Earth”. Puppy love-induced chaos ensues as Ongsa struggles to keep her identity and infatuation under wraps, culminating in a sweet high school romance between the two. The series became a massive hit domestically and on Netflix, paving the way for their future as GL leads.

Following the series, Love’s popularity skyrocketed, landing her endorsements and appearances for fashion houses like MCM, Coach and Fendi. She and Milk then returned as a duo in mid-2025 with Whale Store xoxo, a slice-of-life romance between Wan (played by Milk), the owner of a small grocery store, and Maewnam (played by Love), the daughter of a rival grocery conglomerate.

The pair are currently starring in the ensemble GL series Girl Rules alongside popular pairings NamtanFilm (“Namtan” Tipnaree Weerawatnodom and “Film” Rachanun Mahawan) and ViewMim (“View” Benyapa Jeenprasom and “Mim” Rattanawadee Wongthong). Love plays Gorya, a headstrong stylist with unrequited feelings for Prim (played by Namtan), while being pursued by the relentless Shasha (played by Milk). The actress has garnered significant praise from viewers, with many naming her the series’ scene-stealer after she surprised fans with Gorya’s emotional turbulence—a departure from her usual happy-go-lucky roles.

Later this year, Love will star in Ditto, her third series with Milk as the lead couple. Darker and more mature in tone from their past projects, it follows two women named Rafah who come together in a twist of fate. She plays a wealthy, arrogant ballerina forced to give up on her dreams after her leg is broken in a brutal attack, while Milk will play an optimistic flight attendant facing a career setback after crossing an unreasonable flyer. Each battling their own demons, the couple find comfort and healing in each other. With more projects sure to come, 2026 is shaping up to be a career-defining year for Love as she pushes her emotional range as an actress. And if her performance in Girl Rules is any indicator, she is well on her way to surpassing all expectations.
