Coach celebrated the opening with a stylish gathering of regional stars including Friend of Coach Southeast Asia Nanon Korapat, Love Pattranite, Force Jiratchapong, Amelia Henderson alongside local sweethearts Carrie Wong, Sonia Chew, Estelle Fly, and more.

This new dining concept conceived as a contemporary New York steakhouse comes just after opening of the Coach Coffee Shop and Bar. Integrated seamlessly with the Coach boutique and overlooking Jewel's rain vortex, the 56-seater space features dark wood furnishings, leather booths, an open woodfire kitchen and yellow cab hanging from the ceiling—promising an authentic and indulgent dining experience straight out of New York. With both Coach’s retail and dining offerings under one roof, this reaffirms the house’s identity as a curator of modern lifestyle experiences.

After the arrival of celebrity guests decked head-to-toe in Coach, the dinner service began with a decadent spread of American classics. A series of appetising starters was served, including the Black and White Bagel crowned with caviar and cream cheese, and a Classic Steak Tartare. For the next course, savoury, mouth-watering dishes reminiscent of New York City's street food filled the table—think juicy burgers and crispy chicken in elegant plating.
Then, the true stars of the evening made their grand entrance—the woodfire-grilled USDA Prime Ribeye plated with roasted garlic and butter, alongside the perfectly charred Maine Lobster. The evening ended on a sweet note with desserts like the classic New York Cheesecake and PB&J Bombe Alaska.
With The Coach Restaurant now open, the brand adds a fresh chapter to its Singapore story—one that brings fashion and dining together under one roof.
