Nature has long served as both muse and material for Van Cleef & Arpels, and its latest exhibition, “An Ode to Nature”, celebrates that enduring dialogue through 28 heritage creations spanning the ’40s to the ’90s.

Presented at Les Jardins Secrets within the Maison’s Raffles Hotel Singapore boutique, the exhibition traces the many ways flora and fauna have shaped Van Cleef & Arpels’ creative language through the decades. Among the highlights is the exuberant Little Flower necklace and cuff from the early ’50s, where intricately engraved yellow gold petals bloom around emeralds, rubies, sapphires, and diamonds in vivid compositions evoking the vitality of spring

Equally striking is the Sun Lion clip from 1973, with a mane of twisted gold strands radiating outward, accented by green agate eyes and onyx details that lend the creature a regal yet playful spirit. Together, the creations reveal the Maison’s extraordinary ability to transform the poetry of the natural world into enduring works of jewellery art.
