The cherished tradition of passing jewellery down to the next of kin has been kept for generations in Asian cultures. But the question remains: Can today’s contemporary designs be built with the quality and meaning to last generations? At Chow Tai Fook, the answer is yes. And to prove it, the Chinese jeweller has just opened its first new image store at Jewel Changi Airport to celebrate timeless craftsmanship and cutting-edge innovation in fine jewellery.

The first of its kind in Southeast Asia, the new conceptualised space is a clear reflection of the brand's bold ambition: To reimagine global luxury and secure its position as a trusted jewellery brand to span generations. The strategic rationale behind selecting Jewel Changi? The location serves as an ideal setting to engage with both locals and travellers through an immersive luxury experience that honours the brand’s oriental jewellery heritage.

Before walking through the store’s doors, customers are greeted by the storefront swathed in the brand’s signature 'Chow Tai Fook Timeless Red.' This distinctive hue continues inside, complemented by gold accents that elegantly allude to Chinese culture and artistry.

Every piece, through the mastery of gold work, marries ancient tradition with modern elegance. Highlights include the Wanhua Ruyi, a beautiful symbol of the Ruyi sceptre. Another key piece is the Fudie Zichun, which showcases a delicate jade butterfly motif inspired by a Song Dynasty painting, Butterflies on Hawthorn Blossoms. Finally, the Fulu Chengxiang presents a jade gourd-shaped pouch, meticulously outlined with gold and diamond settings.

For collectors seeking to acquire distinctive and rare pieces, the new image store at Jewel offers exclusive designs from the Wish and HUÁ collections as well.

This new image store represents a major step in Chow Tai Fook’s brand transformation and global expansion efforts. The momentum is set to continue with the opening of new image stores in Bangkok and Sydney—a move that will bridge the gap between contemporary jewellery and heritage craftsmanship for customers worldwide.
