Loro Piana, the Italian clothing and textiles brand often touted as the epitome of luxury, has just launched its inaugural jewellery collection. Inspired by iconic design elements of the Maison’s leather products, this bijoux collection highlights Loro Piana’s savoir-faire and commitment to excellence. 

Emblematic design elements found in the Ghiera, Extra and Bale bags have been remastered into accessories for its spring/summer 2024 jewellery collection. For instance, the Extra model features double rivet clasps—adjustable for two sizes—and the symbolic padlock shining charm with rounded edges.

This collection also features bracelets and necklaces reminiscent of leather, as a nod to the Maison’s leather crafting heritage. Take the Bale bracelet, for example. With a togo clasp, it recalls the toggle detail of the bag’s closure while the double-wrap bracelet features the unique fastener of the Ghiera bag. Elsewhere, the Charm Chain bracelet features a brass chain embellished with a ring-shaped “Ghiera” and padlock charms, wrapped in soft leather. There’s also the Ghiera Toggle necklace which comes in Deep Kummel calfskin, a brass toggle clasp—with or without the Sun Gold chain detail.

The Loro Piana jewellery collection will be available from 11 April 2024 in selected boutiques and on its website.
