Before stepping into the spotlight as an actor, Est Supha Sangaworawong had already made a name for himself in the pool. A Thai national swimmer for more than a decade, he built an impressive athletic career marked by discipline and perseverance. In 2021, he clinched a bronze medal in the Men’s 4x100m freestyle relay at the 31st Southeast Asian Games, a milestone that showcased his competitive edge. His journey continued at the 32nd SEA Games in 2023, where he and his teammates broke national records in both the 4x100m and 4x200m freestyle relays.

Est Supha’s journey from national athlete to rising actor is a story marked by triumphs and challenges alike. Born in Bangkok, he began competitive swimming at the age of seven and earned a spot on Thailand’s national team by 12. His ascent was driven by unwavering discipline and sacrifice, honed during his years at the British International School in Phuket, where he dedicated countless hours to perfecting his performance.

With his striking looks and athletic physique, Est quickly won over admirers in the swimming world—attention that soon extended to the entertainment industry. Balancing his training with acting opportunities, he gradually transitioned away from competing at the national level to fully pursue his career on screen. Still, swimming remains a part of his life, a discipline he continues to practice whenever time allows, both for passion and to maintain his sculpted form.

As Po, an aspiring videographer tasked with documenting an idol group’s final concert, Est drew audiences in with a performance that balanced charm and vulnerability. His rising acclaim has led to a nomination for the Outstanding Asian Star Thailand Award at the upcoming 20th Seoul International Drama Awards. Beyond the screen, Est is also making inroads in the fashion world, most recently appearing at Bvlgari’s pop-up opening in Bangkok. On the beauty front, he made an appearance at the launch of Chanel's newest fragrance, BLEU DE CHANEL L’EXCLUSIF, in the capital of Thailand.

When he’s not on set, Est can often be found traveling with friends—from scenic escapes in Chiang Mai to international adventures in Korea and Paris—moments he eagerly shares with fans on social media. With his upcoming role in Me and Thee and more projects on the horizon, the rising star shows no signs of slowing down. For Est, this is only the beginning.
