This month, Sushi Tei outlets island-wide are making a splash with an adorable Mofusand takeover, led by the iconic Shark Meow. From 5 November at the Raffles City outlet (12 November at all other outlets) until 5 January 2026, the Japanese restaurant chain will transform its interiors with Mofusand-themed decor and tableware featuring the beloved feline characters. As part of the takeover, diners will also be able to enjoy a limited-edition menu featuring some of Sushi Tei’s signature dishes and special drinks.

Whet your appetite with the Kinmedai Sashimi ($18.80), which features delicate slices of golden eye snapper, or the Cheesy Corn Tori Yaki ($11.80), a savoury grilled chicken dish topped with mozzarella cheese, corn and served on a hotplate. As the rainy season draws closer, warm up with the Kaisen Yasai Nabe ($23.80), a dashi-based hotpot filled with fresh seafood, from juicy scallops to sweet snow crab legs.

A standout dish, the Neko Ebi Roll ($14.80) is a generously portioned sushi roll filled with juicy yet crispy deep-fried prawns, topped with crab meat and tangy yuzu mayonnaise. Other mains include the Double Fry Curry Pasta ($16.80) and Tochigi Wagyu Steak ($38.80), the latter of which is also available in a rice bowl at $32.80.

The menu is completed by three new drinks inspired by Mofusand characters ($6.80), all of which come with a corresponding special coaster. Exclusive to the Raffles City outlet is the Emerald Sunrise, a white grape and orange drink infused with blue lagoon. Meanwhile, the Watermelon Sunset and Kappa Breeze will be available island-wide.
