Chef Kuldeep Negi presents a three-course Festival of Lights feast at the legendary Raffles Hotel with an experience that embodies both elegance and poignance. From 9 to 23 October, guests are invited to savour refined North Indian cuisine in a charming colonial setting, beginning with a four-piece appetiser of Khaman Dhokla and Pudhina Golgappa, paired with the exclusive Golden Tadka Beer.
