Tell us about the inspiration behind your hit song.
It all started with reflecting on the very first time I fell in love. Writing that song was such a heartfelt experience, and seeing it resonate with so many people has been incredible. To know that others connect with the lyrics—words straight from my heart—about their loved ones is heartwarming.
When did your love for music begin?
I was around seven years old when I really started exploring music and finding my voice. Elvis Presley was my first love in music, and it just spiralled from there. Artists like Roy Orbison and Billy Fury captivated me, and their style completely engulfed me.
Why does Elvis resonate with you so deeply?
His voice—it’s so rich with character and passion. Even though he didn’t write many of his songs, you can feel that he means every word. That’s something I try to do with my own lyrics. It’s not just what you say; it’s how you deliver it.
How did your parents influence your musical journey?
My parents introduced me to artists like Elvis and Roy Orbison early on, but it wasn’t until I was around 14 or 15, when my voice started to change, that I really began to embrace singing in my own way.
What’s in store for you in 2025?
Big things! We’re aiming to release an album by the end of the year. There are a few more singles lined up, and hopefully, we’ll go on a solo tour to accompany the release.
