To celebrate the fall/winter 2024 season, Kate Spade New York will unveil brand-new silhouettes for its heritage line, the Spade Flower Jacquard Collection. In conjunction with this seasonal drop, the contemporary label will also be launching an experiential pop-up at ION Orchard, inviting guests to explore the unique history behind the iconic jacquard pattern and to take part in a series of interactive activities.

THE COLLECTION

Inspired by the New York-based label's signature leitmotif, the Spade, the Spade Flower line continuously reinterprets this classic print—producing unique iterations that simultaneously preserves Kate Spade's heritage while injecting a contemporary essence. In partnership with the storied Italian luxury textile mill Limonta, the brand has also created its own luxe jacquard fabrication. Highly textured with patterns that are intricately woven instead of printed, the charming Spade Flower bags are now crafted with greater dimension and durability. This time, the new silhouettes include two tote sizes, a flap crossbody and a shoulder bag. The versatile bags also come in three colours: Black Multi, Sand Multi and Burgundy Multi.

THE POP-UP

Decked out in the iconic Kate Spade green, the experiential pop-up invites visitors to dive into the various interpretations of happiness and the brand's latest offerings. With a theme of "What Does Joy Mean to You", the space will play host to various interactive activities—from quirky fisheye lens photobooths to engaging flip boards that enable one to express what joy means to them. Visitors who make any purchase at the pop-up will also get to customise their own beaded phone strap with the brand's exclusive charms. Beyond the fun-filled experiences, one can also get a first glimpse of the new Black Multi colourway of the Spade Flower Jacquard bag—which is exclusive only to the pop-up and then available in-stores once the event ends.

The Kate Spade Fall 2024 Pop-up will take place at ION Orchard’s Level 1 Atrium from 28 August to 11 September 2024, 10am to 10pm.
