London-based Cece Jewellery has recently unveiled its 'Insignia' collection. Debuting on May 2 2024, the collection is inspired by whimsical folklore and tongue-in-cheek tattoo designs. An effortless fusion of contemporary flair and classic elegance, every piece is evocative of an intimate narrative.

Amplifying this enthralling storytelling are the collection's seven new motifs: Protector, Heartbreaker, Adventurer, Luck, Lover, Dreamer and Warrior. Each piece is crafted with 18-carat yellow gold and hand-painted by Cece's in-house artisans, with every motif representing an archetype unique to each wearer. The pièce de résistance of the collection, the Fate Spinner Medallion, is akin to a resplendent heirloom—engraved with all seven motifs and a diamond encrusted spinning arrow.

Beyond witty references to fairy tales and mythic symbolism, the jeweller's creations are also testament to its meticulous craftsmanship. Each creation is an intimate foray into a plethora of purposeful details—from the mystical seed pearls of the mermaid dreamer to the incandescent golden mane of the lion warrior.

“I wanted to push boundaries by integrating complex enamelling work with hand-engravings and an excess of diamonds and pearls. Engraving and stone setting so close to enamel can be extremely challenging, so we make sure we work with only the best of the best in the industry to help bring these pieces to life," said Cece Fein Hudges, Founder of Cece Jewellery, in a press release.
In this diverse collection that's equal parts captivating yet personable, there's an ethereal creation for every character.
