For over three decades, Pierre Hardy has delighted the world with his indelible creations in the realm of fashion. He was first appointed as creative director for the women’s and men’s shoe collections at Hermès, and a year later he took on the additional role of creative director of fine jewellery at the Maison. His latest collection, titled Chaîne D’ancre, explores concepts of accumulation and fluidity, taking inspiration from the archetypal form. This fine jewellery collection will be on display at the Hermès Chaîne D’ancre Exhibition in Singapore from 27 February to 3 March 2024, by appointment only.
In this collection, the link transforms into the motif where the clasp is the star while the chain is available in white or rose gold, set with black spinels or blue sapphires, pavé-set with diamonds and adorned with a masterful centre stone. Elsewhere, rows of nautical chains are intermingled, multiplied or isolated.
Another astonishing aspect of this collection is the chain being transformed into an ear cuff, or little Sacs bijoux, in white gold and diamonds or in silver, worn around the neck or wrist.
