And just like that... We've arrived at the pinnacle of award season. The glitterati gathered at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood for the 98th Annual Academy Awards, where the crème de la crème of motion pictures from the past year were awarded the coveted Oscar statuette. This year's ceremony was a fierce fight with many of our favourites coming out on top. One Battle After Another won big with six awards, including Best Picture. In terms of acting, while Jessie Buckley was destined to take home the award for Best Actress in a Leading Role for Hamnet, it was a tight battle between Michael B. Jordan and Timothée Chalamet for Best Actor in a Leading Role. Ultimately, Michael won for his riveting dual performance as twins Stack and Smoke in Sinners.
The film also took home three additional awards, including Best Writing (Original Screenplay) for Ryan Coogler. In addition, KPop Demon Hunters took home the Oscars for Best Animated Feature Film and Best Music (Original Song). With a ceremony as spectacular and anticipated as this one, the stars came with their best glam for the night. Here, we rounded up some of the best beauty looks we saw during the 2026 Oscars.

She may not have been nominated, but One Battle After Another star Chase Infiniti has earned our Oscar for the dreamiest glam of the night. Jessie Buckley
It was a clean sweep for Hamnet's Jessie Buckley in the acting categories, and she did it with a smile on her face. For the Oscars, Jessie's base was radiant with blushing red cheeks to match her romantic red-pink pout. She paired the look with her bixie styled and tucked behind her ears.

Teyana Taylor
When Teyana Taylor is on the guest list, you know she is coming in full glam. With products from Chanel Beauty, the One Battle Another star had '60s-inspired top and bottom liner and fluttery long falsies, a pop of pink on the cheeks to complement her gorgeous skin, and a mauve lip liner and pink gloss on her lips. She paired the look with her a shorter rendition of her Betty Boop crop seen earlier at the Golden Globes.
Mikey Madison
Last year's Oscar winner Mikey Madison came looking every bit of Hollywood perfection. The Anora actress had soft red hues on her eyes, cheeks, and lips paired with a high-coverage matte base. For a modern take on Hollywood glamour, the star's raven tresses were styled in a side part with cascading waves.
Zendaya
Amid rumours of a secret wedding, Zendaya arrived looking stunning, as usual. The Drama actress's base was softly bronzed with a brown smoky eye and matching glossy lips. She paired it with her bixie straight with slight volume on top and tucked behind her ear.
Ryan Coogler
Men usually opt for something simple yet tasteful—sometimes with a nod to their respective films—and Sinners' director, producer, and writer Ryan Coogler did just that. Eagle-eyed viewers noted his braids paid homage to his film with the outline of a guitar and a music note braided in for the Oscars.
Emma Stone
Bulgonia star Emma Stone arrived on the Oscars red carpet looking radiant as ever. The starlet enhanced her natural features for a soft base, tightlined the eyes, lengthened the lashes with mascara, and finished it off with a soft pink, slightly overlined lip. She paired the look with a voluminous side part bob with curls at the ends.
Wunmi Mosaku
We were green with envy for Sinners' Wunmi Mosaku's stunning ensemble and equally beautiful make-up beat. With a high-coverage base, the actress enhanced her eyes with fluttery falsies and a touch of blue shimmer in the inner corners and kept the rest of her face minimal with a touch of plum blush and a sheer lip tint. She paired it with a sculptural updo.
EJae
KPop Demon Hunters' star EJae was looking "Golden" at the Oscars, both onstage and on the red carpet. Using products from Charlotte Tilbury, she had a feminine K-beauty look with straight brows, defined aegyo sal, soft winged liner, and matching pink cheeks and lips. To showcase the look, she pulled her hair back into a romantic updo.
