To recreate her look, start with a high-coverage matte foundation. For the eyes, carve out some block brows using a pomade, create a sharp wing, and add false lashes. Fresh-faced, wide-eyed, and full of capitalistic optimism, all you need to recreate Katy Perry's infamously viral trip to space is already on your vanity table.
