JISOO’s life moves at an extraordinary pace. Less than 24 hours after performing for thousands of Blinks at Tokyo Dome—following three consecutive nights of sold-out shows for Blackpink’s Japan leg of their global Deadline tour—she's back at it, only this time as a guest at the Dior Addict Sweet Shop pop-up in Jingumae, Shibuya.

Situated across two floors at the Cranes 6142 building, the buzz and energy was palpable. Hundreds of fans have been standing in the harsh cold since morning, quietly and patiently waiting to catch a glimpse of the South Korean star, who is the Global Ambassador for Dior Fashion and Beauty.

As she walks into the pretty-in-pink pop-up, all eyes are on her. Her fair skin glows, every strand of hair perfectly in place, dressed in a light floral ensemble from JW Anderson’s spring/summer 2026 collection. There’s no time for a one-on-one chat—understandably, given her schedule—but we enjoy her presence nonetheless as she moves through the space alongside Nicolas Bernard-Bouissieres, President & Representative Director of Parfums Christian Dior Japan, as well as Francis Kurkdjian, Perfume Creation Director of Parfums Christian Dior and the nose behind the refreshed Dior Addict fragrances.

“It was a pleasure to see the Dior Addict collection come to life. I truly enjoyed immersing myself in the Dior Addict universe and expressing its vibrant, confident energy,” says our January 2026 cover star.

Headlined by a starry guest list of Dior brand ambassadors and friends of the House, like actors Yuko Araki, Rikako Yagi and Ren Nagase, as well as Thanaerng from Thailand, the pop-up unfolds like a candy-coloured confectionery fantasy. Glossy textures, rosy hues and the promise of beauty-induced pleasure set the tone.

Many other notable personalities also explored the new world of Dior Addict, including Airi Miyabe, Fuka Koshiba, JURIA (XG), Karin Fujiyoshi, Rin Kataoka, KYOKA, Mayu Yokota, REIA (ONE OR EIGHT), Sara Honda, Sara Minami, Yui Narumi, Yu Miyazaki, Yuma and Harua (&TEAM).

The ground floor welcomes guests into a stylised sweet shop, where the new Dior Addict Lip Glow Oils and perfumes are displayed like edible jewels in a mouthwatering buffet spread. Translucent bottles glow in shades of pink, peach and violet, arranged among delicious details that feel almost good enough to taste. Celebrities and content creators flit through the space, capturing mirror selfies, slow pans and flat-lays of every glossy surface.

Dior Makeup’s Creative and Image Director, Peter Philips, who remains in Paris for men’s fashion week, sends his well wishes in a pre-recorded video. He shares his vision for the lip oils, now elevated with two new finishes—Sparkly and Glaze—alongside the iconic Juicy sheen, and reminds us how the lippies’ pH-reactive technology adapts to each wearer, ensuring soft, hydrated lips all day long.

Upstairs, the second floor is dressed like a beauty parlour—a make-up room where guests are encouraged to try the Lip Glow Oils in all 16 shades across the three finishes, as well as Dior Addict's juicy new scents: Rosy Glow, Peachy Glow and Purple Glow. Conceived as a coordinated vision, the collection brings make-up and fragrance into dialogue—where luminous lips meet playful, addictive scents.

It’s here that Kurkdjian gives the media a mini masterclass on his new olfactory creations. Rather than translating the lip oils directly into scent, Kurkdjian explains that he approached the fragrances as an olfactory expression of the Lip Glow Oil philosophy: easy, generous and confidence-boosting. “I wanted to appeal to modern girls who can’t resist gourmand, round and colourful scents,” he says, “but also surprise them with a new ‘flower pulp’ sensation.”

To prevent the sweetness from tipping into excess, each fruit note is anchored by one of Dior’s most precious florals—rose, jasmine and iris—preserving the house’s sense of elegance beneath the playful surface. The result is a trio of fragrances designed less as lifelong signatures than as mood companions, reflecting how today’s generation wears scent much like make-up: instinctively, expressively, and according to how they feel in the moment.

A playful celebration of beauty, the Dior Addict Sweet Shop captures the line at its most joyful and indulgent. If you happen to be in town, the pop-up is well worth a visit—for the luscious lip oils and fruity fragrances, as much as the Instagram-worthy interiors, interactive activities and complimentary treats.

The Dior Addict Sweet Shop is open to the public from 22 to 25 January 2026, at Cranes 6142, 6-14-2 Jingumae, Shibuya, Tokyo. Appointments can be made via Dior.com.
