BLACKPINK's Jennie

Making her return to the MET carpet, BLACKPINK's Jennie let her custom Alaïa dress speak for itself, sporting a pearlescent silver sheen across her eyelids with her signature winged liner, flawless complexion, and soft pink lips. The starlet pulled her hair back into an updo, complete with ringlet curls to showcase her pearl drop earrings.

Zendaya

Zendaya is known to make a sartorial statement every time she attends the Met Gala. This year, the ante is higher than ever as she co-chairs the glitzy night—and the Challengers star didn't disappoint. Her standout beauty look of the night was this Maison Margiela runway inspired makeup, complete with razor thin eyebrows, a dark red smokey eye, plum blush, and a vampy red lip.

Ariana Grande

Wearing a bespoke LOEWE bustier and skirt, Ariana Grande paired the ensemble with an angelic, pearlescent makeup look. The Wicked star sported pearl wings at the corner of her eyes, enhancing her winged liner and fluttery lashes. She then paired it with a luminous base, a matte pink blush, and glossy lips to transform herself into the ultimate garden fairy.

Kendall Jenner

A main fixture at the Met Gala, Kendall Jenner always dress to impress no matter what. The model can never go wrong with her signature makeup beat of feline bronzed eyes, sculpted cheeks, and nude-hued pout. This year however, attention must be paid to her long tresses cascading down her back that transformed her into an ethereal forest nymph.

Lana Del Rey

Fresh from Coachella, Lana Del Rey is hauntingly beautiful in Alexander McQueen and her makeup complemented the ensemble without overpowering it. Under her veil, the singer sported long lashes, a satin-matte base with a light dusting of blush, and nude lips lined in a dark brown shade.

Kim Kardashian

Trust Kim Kardashian to come through looking like a stunning bronzed goddess wherever she goes. This year, the star shifts the focus on her new platinum tresses that seemingly glowed against her metallic Maison Margiela dress.

Gwendoline Christie

As with Zendaya, Gwendoline Christie was absolute perfection from head-to-toe courtesy of makeup legend Pat McGrath. The actress pairs her hair-raising hairdo with porcelain skin, red blush on the eyes and cheeks, and matte red lips.

Sabrina Carpenter

She may prefer things espresso, but Sabrina Carpenter is blue hued at this year's Met Gala. The singer sports pale blue and white eyeshadow, black eyeliner, flushed cheeks, and frosted lips. She also wears her signature curtain bangs parted to a side for the perfect debutante look.

Kylie Jenner

Roses are in season and Kylie Jenner is the most beautiful of them all. The makeup mogul wears a radiant pink and terracotta eye look, pink cheeks, highlighter all around, and a plush pink lip. She also pulls her hair back into a bun that's accented by a dusty pink rose, tying the look together.

Tyla

A newcomer to the Met Gala, Tyla proved she knows exactly what she's doing. The South African singer wore a stunning iridescent wash of colour on the eyes, bold winged liner with bronzer, brown lip liner, and gloss.

Gigi Hadid

Far from the slicked back bun she sported last year, Gigi Hadid channelled old Hollywood glamour at this year's red carpet à la Marilyn Monroe. The model wears classic winged eyeliner, blushing red cheeks, and a ruby red lip alongside a curled bob.

Pamela Anderson

While she has opted out of wearing makeup in the present day, Pamela Anderson made an exception for this year's Met Gala with this gorgeous pink makeup look. As radiant as a peony, she wears a cream blush on her lids and cheeks alongside a highlighter and light pink gloss.

Emma Chamberlain

This year, Emma Chamberlain brings a hint of goth to the Met Gala. The YouTuber showed up with a monochromatic dark brown smokey eye, blush, and lips with matte skin and a sleek bun for an elevated goth in bloom.
