ON PIVOTING

“At 18, I auditioned for 987FM’s radio competition, and this led to an internship and eventual part-time radio DJ gig. After graduating from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a diploma in Mass Communications, I pieced together a career through hosting gigs, a YouTube channel that kept me connected to acting, a year of backpacking, and even a full-time stint at Carousell—all of which shaped a path that’s been more intuitive than planned. I continue in entertainment today, driven by curiosity and a genuine love for the craft, seeing it as an art form rooted in connection."

ON FASHION

“My relationship with fashion has been a gradual evolution. Magazines played a pivotal role in shaping this shift, opening my eyes to how colour, texture, and proportion come together to create personality. Today, I find myself gravitating towards elevated basics and believe that fit—structure, proportion, and cut—is what builds confidence."
