Emily Brontë's timeless classic gets a twist with Emerald Fennel's Wuthering Heights. Starring Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi, the film loosely follows the gothic tragedy of Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff for a sensual, tantalising affair that'll have your toes curling with pleasure (or embarrassment, who knows).

The 1990's and 2000's nailed the genre of adapting Shakespearean tales into modern romantic comedies, and the first on our list is She's The Man. Starring Amanda Bynes and Channing Tatum, the Twelfth Night adaptation follows teenager Viola Hastings as she enrols at her brother's new boarding school, pretending to be him to play soccer on the boys' team.

10 Things I Hate About You

Another modern Shakespearean classic is the 1990's classic, 10 Things I Hate About You. An adaptation of The Taming of the Shrew, the film follows new student Cameron (played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt), who attempts to get bad boy Patrick (played by Heath Ledger) to date asocial Kat (played by Julia Stiles) to get with her sister Bianca (played by Larisa Oleynik) and around their father's strict rules.

Spring Fever
