In Taormina, where baroque balconies meet volcanic vistas, Bvlgari staged one of its most spectacular shows to date. The setting: Sicily's Grand Hotel Timeo, with Mount Etna smouldering in the distance and the Ionian Sea glimmering below. The occasion: The unveiling of Polychroma, Bvlgari's new High Jewellery collection, a celebration of chromatic richness, emotional multiplicity, and the dramatic glamour of Italy in full tilt.

Of the 600 High-End creations unveiled, nearly 250 were exquisite High Jewellery and High-End Watches—including 60 coveted “millionaire pieces” and five extraordinary marvels that served as the evening’s emotional and artistic anchors. But this was more than a showcase; it was a symphony of movement, material, and mood.
The gala unfolded on the panoramic terrace of the Timeo, where veils and echoes of the ancient velarium were reimagined as ethereal motifs, drifting between tables and dancers. Sir Wayne McGregor, resident choreographer of The Royal Ballet, choreographed a performance that transformed the evening into a living study in colour, motion, and crescendo.

Just beyond the terrace, Bvlgari reimagined the historic San Domenico Palace, a 15th-century convent turned storied hotel, into its most ambitious showroom yet. For the first time, all 600 Polychroma creations were unveiled in a single, immersive space, inviting guests deep into Bvlgari’s dazzling chromatic universe.

Through Apple Vision Pro headsets, guests entered the world of Connected Jewellery—a pioneering innovation in luxury. Each High Jewellery piece was engraved with a unique micro-code, unlocking a digital archive that revealed its materials, rarity, and craftsmanship. With a simple scan, the jewels shared their provenance, story, and soul.
But it wasn’t only the jewels that gleamed. A constellation of Global Ambassadors and Friends of the House brought Polychroma to life with their luminous presence. Priyanka Chopra Jonas embodied coiled glamour in the Cornucopia Gems Serpenti necklace, while Lisa radiated signature polish and heat in the Serpenti Sunburst. Viola Davis, resplendent in the Garnet Nimbus set, delivered a masterclass in power and poise, as Liu Yifei, ethereal in the Cornucopia Gems, let quiet elegance take centre stage.
