CRAVAN

Nestled in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, this new multifaceted venue, adorned with exquisite décor by Ramy Fischler, features three cocktail bars, each with its own unique theme and ambience. The menu changes as you ascend the floors. The venue also houses a Rizzoli bookshop and rooftop kiosk, offering the opportunity to watch feature-length films projected onto the wall of the neighbouring building.

HOTEL ROCHECHOUART

This Art Deco hotel sits at the foot of Montmartre, boasting a rooftop that offers an exceptional 360-degree view, with unblocked views of the Sacré Coeur. Open until midnight with no reservations required, be sure to arrive just in time for golden hour. Enjoy the panoramic view accompanied by a cocktail or two, finger food, and the scent of aromatic herbs wafting in the air.

MATIGNON PARIS

Another perfect place to spend the entire night. While the menu may be pricey, the experience is well worth it for the exquisite décor by Jacques Garcia, delectable food, captivating ambience and overall experience. The music in the dining room is upbeat, and by the time your meal is over, you'll find yourself dancing and singing. Plus, just downstairs, there's a club designed by Charles Tassin, opening around 11pm.

MAXIM'S DE PARIS

For 120 years, Maxim's was the Mecca of Parisian nightlife — the place to be for socialites, cocottes, politicians, kings and celebrities from all over Paris. Closed since 2010, this legendary address has just reopened. The iconic Art Nouveau interiors have been revived by Cordelia de Castellane. The menu includes frog legs with parsley, cheese soufflé, Henri IV chicken, Albert sole, and American-style lobster. The desserts are by well-known French pastry chef Yann Couvreur.

PAMELA

Named after Jim Morrison’s long-term partner, Pamela Courson, and located in the original building of Paris’ first-ever club, Whisky a Go Go, this vibrant new club is shaking up the Left Bank. There are great DJ line-ups each week and a vaulted cellar for private tête-à-têtes. From 8pm to midnight, the jazzy cocktail bar opens up to a host of events like drag shows and poetry readings.

LE ROUGE

Formerly a cabaret bar known as Pigall’s, Le Rouge Pigalle has held onto the spirit of its past, with a roaring Twenties décor featuring ornate Rococo gilding and red velvet furnishing. It’s a spot for DJs who spin deep house, techno, and electro. Cabaret the night away from Wednesdays to Saturdays until 6am, and be sure to order the signature cocktail Le Rouge.

LE SYNDICAT

Hidden behind an unassuming facade of posters, this cosy speakeasy bar specialises in creating original creative cocktails that have won them global awards. Their spicy Holy G cocktail is not one to be missed.
