A warm invitation to all the women entrepreneurs around the world. Come together, unlock your full potential, and become the change agents you were always meant to be. Twenty years in, the Cartier Women's Initiative continues to make that vision real.

Now open for applications, the 2027 edition invites women entrepreneurs to apply for its Regional Awards and the Science & Technology Pioneer Awards. Each year, the initiative selects 30 fellows across nine regions, choosing first, second, and third-place awardees from each category. The awards continue to recognise and fund talented impact entrepreneurs who leverage business as a force for good.

Founded in 2006, the initiative was built on the belief that every women impact entrepreneur deserves the support to achieve her full potential. Across its two-decade long efforts, the women-led initiative has backed 330 impact entrepreneurs across 66 countries, providing a total of US$14.1 million (approx. S$18 million) in financial support.

The French Maison's commitment to women extends beyond jewellery. Through the Cartier Women's Initiative, luxury takes the form of financial, social, and human capital. The three awardees from each category will receive a grant ranging from US$30,000 to US$100,000 (approx. S$38,000 to S$128,000). Beyond financial support, the initiative actively lifts women through visibility, coaching and networking resources via its fellowship programme. Fellows gain access to human capital support, from one-to-one training, to in-person workshops (such as that by INSEAD), as well as a lifelong global community of 500+ members; a rich social capital that continues to show up and provide valuable support even after the programme ends.

To ensure a fair selection process, applicants must meet all eligibility criteria as outlined in the "Who Should Apply" section in their website. These include holding a main leadership role in a for-profit business (CEO, COO, CTO, General Manager, or Managing Director), a business should demonstrate positive social or environmental impact, and generate an annual revenue between US$50,000 and US$5M (approx. between S$64,000 and S$6.4M), among other requirements.

Applications for the Cartier Women's Initiative 2027 Awards are open until 16 June 2026 at 2PM Central European Summer Time (CEST). Learn more and submit your application through the Cartier Women’s Initiative website.
