The 2026 Cannes Film Festival has officially kicked off, with the biggest names in film gathering in the French resort town to celebrate their craft and unveil their upcoming projects. From veteran filmmakers to rising stars, the Cannes red carpets are always worth looking forward to as our favourite celebrities serve up look after look of pure elegance in flowing gowns and perfectly tailored suits, complete with sparkling watches and jewels.

From Indian actress Alia Bhatt’s custom Tamara Ralph look to Ethiopian-Irish actress and 2026 Cannes jury member Ruth Negga’s satin Dior gown and Thai superstar Becky Armstrong’s little black dress, complemented by a stylish Roger Vivier bag, these were some of the early looks we got to admire just days into the two-week affair.
Later premieres and galas saw appearances by Simone Ashley, fresh off starring in The Devil Wears Prada 2 in a red-hot Alexander McQueen gown and Chaumet jewels, while our May 2025 cover star Nuttanicha “Nychaa” Dungwattanawanich looked ethereal in a custom satin Bent Kahina look and Cartier at a L'Oréal Paris event.
