Savouries include cod remoulade in a charcoal bun, chicken beetroot baskets and ham quiche, while sweets range from Emerald City citrus meringue tarts to Ruby Slipper pralines, and Tin Man macarons. Themed drinks such as the matcha-based Enchanted Emerald Milkshake, and yuzu elderflower “Over the Rainbow” spritz are available as add-ons.

“Bloom and Reverie” is a limited-time collaboration with Jo Malone London, running from 1 to 31 May 2026 at $68++ per person. The menu draws from fragrance notes, pairing flavours such as lime and basil with Atlantic salmon, and jasmine with chicken and English pear. Desserts continue the olfactive theme, with pieces like the fan-shaped black lemon and a cheese mousse finished with Jo Malone London’s signature aesthetic. A spa pairing is also available, from $358++ per person, combining the tea session with a 60-minute Scented Reverie treatment.

A fruit-forward afternoon tea runs from 1 May to 30 August 2026, Wednesday to Sunday, 1pm to 5pm ($58++ or $78++ per person). The spread moves from classic smoked salmon sandwiches to more composed bites like crab tartlets with apricot gel and prawn cannoli with smoked hollandaise.

For sweet confections, expect scones with clotted cream and pastries such as matcha hibiscus lime and hazelnut caramel, with the Orchard Bloom set adding more indulgent options like lobster croissants and chocolate crêpes. FYI: Those opting for Orchard Bloom will find a more indulgent line-up, including caviar-topped crab tartlets, a lobster croissant, and a warm chocolate crêpe with orange caramel.

The “Art of Chocolate” afternoon tea, in collaboration with Valrhona, runs from 30 March to 12 July 2026. Weekday sessions are priced from $54++ per adult, while weekends feature a two-seating format from $74++. A classic three-tier structure anchors the experience, with finger sandwiches, warm scones and pastries, alongside touches such as a trolley-served mushroom quiche finished with dark chocolate and a sweet risotto prepared to order. Chocolate runs through the pastries, from layered cakes to ganache tarts..

Available from 1 May 2026 (from $130++ for two), it moves from savouries such as Norwegian salmon vol-au-vent with Chinese five spice and spicy tuna tartare, into a tea granita palate cleanser. Sweets follow with tea-infused creations including oolong tea éclat and lychee English breakfast tea cake.

From 1 to 17 May 2026, those who bring along a spice of their choice for the tea session will be invited to enjoy a complimentary cocktail in return.

A more structured, tea-led experience replaces the usual tiered stand with “The Tea Traveller: White Teas” by TWG Tea. Sessions take place on 8 May (Mother’s Day special), 23 May and 5 June 2026, 10.30am to 12.30pm ($130 per person; $240 for two), with each session limited to 20 guests. Led by a TWG Tea sommelier, the tasting pairs a flight of white teas with a menu that incorporates tea into the dishes, from scones with tea jelly to mains infused with White Earl Grey or White Night Jasmine Tea. Desserts are presented as white tea-infused petit fours, alongside the brand’s delicious Tea Teddies.
