After a short-lived stint as part of a Singaporean-Malaysian J-pop idol group, singer Estelle Lim, who goes by her stage name Estelle Fly, has been spreading her wings as a content creator, host and actress, while still pursuing her first love, music. This year might just turn out to be the breakthrough in her singing career. She has been riding a remarkable wave in 2025, making her festival debut at Waterbomb Singapore 2025 where she performed her single “messy” to an enthusiastic crowd. With an ever-expanding portfolio that spans music, dance, acting and gaming collaborations, the independent artist is ready to soar to new heights.
ON FASHION

“Fashion is a form of energy for me. Dancing from a young age made me hyper aware of how clothing moves with the body, how it can make you feel powerful, soft or completely transformed. I’m drawn to silhouettes that are feminine but grounded, and I love subtle textures or details that feel intentional. Attending the Coach Spring 2026 show at New York Fashion Week reminded me that style isn’t just about looking good; it’s about expressing who you are at that moment.”
ON MUSIC

“Music has always been my way of telling the truth—even the messy parts. My single ‘messy’ captures that emotional chaos we’ve all felt in love: The push and pull, the magnetism, the vulnerability. Collaborating with Thai bakery Butterbear for the #EstelleFlymessy Challenge was such a joy. Their mascot Nong Noey’s cheeky personality matches the spirit of the song so perfectly. It’s exciting to see Southeast Asian artists and character IPs coming together in new ways. I’ve always believed that music should bring people into a world, and this collaboration expanded that world beyond what I imagined.”
ON WHAT’S NEXT

“I’m looking forward to launching my debut EP, Zone, with an event at Swee Lee Clarke Quay, and performing at two countdown events. Beyond that, I’m continuing to work on new music, exploring sounds that feel truer to who I am today. Most of all, I want to keep telling stories that make people feel seen.”
