Stepping into this intimate space is like walking into a dining dreamscape. Ombre walls inspired by Chilean sunsets, and soft, ambient lighting give the space a glow-up that flatters everyone. The 12-seater rose quartz counter, designed by renowned interior designer Emma Maxwell, shimmers with an effortless elegance that feels made for intimate conversations. Here, head chef Francisco Araya and pastry virtuoso Fernanda Guerrero—a couple in real life—often deliver their dishes personally, adding a touch of warmth and authenticity to every plate.
