Discover the flavours of the Emilia-Romagna, one of Italy's richest culinary regions known for high-quality ingredients such as the balsamic vinegar of Modena and cured meats. Michelin-starred Chef Massimo Bottura takes on an innovative approach to traditional recipes by combining these classic specialties with modern techniques and playful presentations. If you’ve never had cured ham on a pizza, the Fichi E Culatello ($50) will make you a convert. Or if you are spoilt for choice, the chef’s special pizza of the day would be worth a try.

This cult-favourite Italian pizzeria ranked #12 on the 50 Top World Artisan Pizza Chains 2024—a global list that celebrates pizzeria chains for their pizza quality, use of original Italian ingredients, standout service, ambience and well curated drinks. With global recognition for excellence across multiple aspects of dining, it definitely deserves a spot on your must-try list.

At the heart of its menu? Contemporary Neapolitan pizzas made with time-honoured recipes and technique-driven flair. Diners are encouraged to channel their inner pizzaiolo with a pair of golden scissors at every table—because cutting through the pillowy soft dough is half the experience. 

From the award-winning Provola E Pepe ($28), with its smoky provola and crushed tomatoes, to the crunch-filled Detto Fatto ($28) featuring purple potato cream and grana padano fondue, there's something for every palate. If traditional Neapolitan pizzas are your thing, Pizza Studio Tamaki (PST) delivers the same authenticity but with a refined Tokyo twist. This Michelin-recognised, multi-award winning restaurant is known for its light and chewy pizzas specially made with a unique blend of Japanese and American flour, expertly crafted to appeal to Asian tastebuds. The dough is aged for over 30 hours and baked to perfection, with every pizza reflecting the chef's attention to detail and passion for perfection.

PST offers a carefully-curated selection of nine pizzas. The signature Tamaki pizza ($29) brings together datterini tomatoes, fresh smoked mozzarella, pecorino romano and fresh basil—all resting on the pizzeria’s signature charred crust finished with a delicate touch of salt.  To spice things up, the Arrabbiata pizza ($30) has a tomato base topped with pork nduja and housemade slow dried Calabrian chili flakes that pack a flavourful punch. The menu also features indulgent cheese-based options including the 5 Formaggi ($34), a rich five-cheese blend that’s smooth and satisfying.
