Fleurette

Tippling Club
Regularly recognised as one of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants and one of the World's 50 Best Bars, Tippling Club serves dynamically dishes and drinks for diners to sip and savour. Helmed by owner and chef Ryan Clift, the restaurant brings a playful twist to its dining experience with dishes like chilled tomato gelée, wagyu tartare taco with pickled egg gel, and honey lemon peach compote with black lemon sorbet and caramelised granola. Tippling Club will be teaming up with Forged—a company using cell-culturing technology to create flavours and textures of meat. The limited edition menu will feature Forged Parfait, a dish crafted from Japanese quail cells. In addition, guests can enjoy a selection of cocktails inspired by life's firsts.

Buona Terra
Flavourful and filled with heart, Buona Terra's menu is a nod to Italy's abundant and diverse array of cuisines. Housed in a black and white colonial bungalow, the Michelin-starred restaurant is led by chef Denis Luchi who is a genius at transforming fresh produce into beautifully delicious Italian dishes. The restaurant offers a four- to five-course menu that changes based on the seasons which can be paired with a glass of wine or whisky.

Fiz
Bring contemporary southeast Asian cuisine is Fiz, owned by chef Hafizzul Hashim. Having spent two decades across the world in Michelin-starred restaurants, Hashim showcases his expertise through elevated dishes that take inspiration from multiple food cultures in the region such as Angkor Wat and Sarawak. His latest tasting menu, Episode 2, draws inspiration from more food traditions across the region. Diners can indulge in dishes such as the prawn hivana made with Ang Kar prawns, lamb shank braised in Thai massaman curry, and bahulu made from palmyra sugar and Balinese vanilla. Warning: Come with an empty stomach because there are 20 dishes for lunch and 30 dishes for dinner!

CÉ LA VI Restaurant
High in the Singapore skyline, CÉ LA VI Restaurant resides on the rooftop of Marina Bay Sands. Where fine dining meets scenic views, the restaurant serves mouth-watering contemporary Asian cuisine for diners to indulge in at the top of one of Singapore's most iconic buildings. Diners can feast on its a la carte or dinner set menus with dishes such as tuna watermelon tartare, stony river black Angus tenderloin, and French Margret duck breast in shio koji.
