ELLE Residences has announced its first venture into South America with the unveiling of two landmark projects in São Paulo: Casa ELLE in Brooklin and the ELLE Collection in Boa Vista. The move marks a significant milestone in the lifestyle brand’s global expansion, blending the international brand’s timeless French chic with Brazil’s vibrant cultural identity.
Developed in partnership with Brazilian real estate group Meira Mattos and designed by The One Atelier and architecture studio ARQUINAUT, the residences embody a new vision of branded living. Each project melds ELLE’s DNA of style and creativity with the warmth and rhythm of the South American country.

Casa ELLE, set in the cosmopolitan Brooklin neighbourhood, offers a sculptural and contemporary urban retreat. Its architecture celebrates organic forms and expressive interiors, providing a sanctuary for those who thrive at the intersection of sophistication and ease.

Meanwhile, the ELLE Collection in Boa Vista takes inspiration from São Paulo’s lush, tree-lined surrounds and champions indoor-outdoor living: Expansive gardens, poolside terraces, and light-filled interiors blur the lines between what is nature and what is manmade seamlessly.
Both developments cater to discerning global citizens: With amenities such as wellness studios, rooftop lounges, and co-working spaces, they are more lifestyle statements than residences that unite Parisian elegance with Brazilian soul.

For ELLE, these São Paulo projects reinforce the brand’s commitment to building a global network of homes that embody fashion, design, and cultural connection. Seen in this light, Brazil is not only a new destination, but a defining chapter in the ELLE’s story.
Casa ELLE, Brooklin and ELLE Collection, Boa Vista is the third project in ELLE Residences portfolio, following ELLE Residences Miami (2023) and ELLE Residences Dubai Islands (2024).
