Kendall Jenner Might Have Just Started A New Colour Trend For The Summer

Kendall Jenner, probably the most famous model on the planet (with 112M followers on Instagram) just proved that there’s no such thing as overdressing..

While most people would opt for a pair of comfortable track pants or short shorts for a quick grocery run, the supermodel showed up in a convenient store in New York City wearing a bright orange body-hugging dress by Australian label, Bec & Bridge. She perfectly accessorised herself with a pair of bedazzled square-toed sandals on her feet, dangling earrings, gold chain white purse and that flawless combed centred parting hair. And to top things off, she did all that clutching can of Orange Vanilla Coke to match her dress.

Kendall posted a snapshot of herself from the store’s surveillance video, something that garnered over 4 million likes within 24 hours.

So the question now is: Will orange be a big hit this summer?

We think so!

Contrary to what many may think (orange is a tricky colour to match), this colour is very versatile. We recommend wearing it like Kendall with a pair of statement heels or tone it down with a pair of white sneakers or mules for summer vacation or running errands. Key is to find a shade that suits your skin tone. For instance, avoid a muted shade of orange if you have dull skin – brighter shades will lift the glow from your skin.
