For many women, the desire to look good often overshadows the importance of inner health. Cheryl Wee, celeb-mummy turned wellness advocate, knows this all too well. Growing up in the public eye, she battled an eating disorder. This personal struggle sparked her passion for wellness and led her to establish Cheryl W Wellness & Weight Management in 2016, later rebranded to CW (Company of Wellness). “I feel that there’s a deeper reason for whatever I’ve gone through,” she reflects. “Sharing my experience with eating disorders was mentally draining, but meeting young girls with similar struggles inspired me to find ways to support them.”

Now a certified health coach, 37-year-old Wee empowers women through her 30-Day Better Self programme, which focuses on sustainable habits and measurable milestones for lifelong wellness. “We aspire to help women to not just make short-term changes but build a foundation for lifelong wellness from within.” Here, she shares six achievable wellness goals that deliver long-lasting results.

MICRO HABITS, MAJOR IMPACTS

Small, consistent actions drive meaningful change. “When you break down your goals into micro habits, they become easier to stick to,” says Wee. Start with simple steps like drinking an extra glass of water daily or taking the stairs instead of the lift. “Within the first month, these habits help get you going and eventually become sustainable.”

WORK WITH DNA

Understanding your unique genetic makeup can empower informed health decisions. As part of her premium 30-Day Better Self programme, Wee offers a DNA test that provides the foundation for tailored meal plans crafted by certified nutritionists and personalised fitness guidance.

PRIORITISE SLEEP

Quality rest has a domino effect on your mental clarity, metabolism, and even your mood. “A good night’s sleep helps your body repair and rejuvenate,” she shares. Wee recommends Sweet Dreams, a melatonin-free sublingual paste that improves sleep onset and quality. “It’s absorbed faster than pills, making it highly effective for better rest.”

GLOW FROM WITHIN

Good skin starts from the inside. “What we put into our bodies reflects on our skin, so it’s important to combine good skincare with a nutrient-rich diet and plenty of water,” she advises. Her Baby Face Collagen Jell-Oh! boosts hydration and elasticity, while Good to Glow ($108) functions as an edible sunblock that enhances radiance.

BOOST METABOLISM

To supercharge your metabolism, incorporate short bursts of movement into your day, such as a quick walk or a 10-minute HIIT session. For extra energy, she swears by Triple B ($108), a product designed to “burn, boost, and balance.”
